- Please complete Sections 1 to
2, Personal Statement - Telephone Underwriting and Sections 25 to 34 of the TAL Accelerated Protection
application as appropriate.
- When completing Question 66 Income Details, of the GPS, refer to TAL specific 'add-backs',
Section 5 on pages 7 to 8 of the TAL application.
- If MEDICAL EXAMINATION required, TAL require all medical questions on the GPS to be
completed. This is standard TAL requirement irrespective of whether GPS is used or not.
