Additional Instructions

1. Please complete Sections 1 to 2, Personal Statement - Telephone Underwriting and Sections 25 to 34 of the Tower Accelerated Protection application as appropriate.
   
   
2. When completing Question 66 Income Details, of the GPS, refer to Tower specific 'add-backs', Section 5 on pages 7 to 8 of the Tower application.
   
   
3. If MEDICAL EXAMINATION required, Tower require all medical questions on the GPS to be completed. This is standard Tower requirement irrespective of whether GPS is used or not.
